The details
Pricing is for an annual agreement, billed monthly. Month-to-month costs 20% more.
- Included reminders
- 600 appointment reminders per location per month, pooled across the organization. A busy location can use a quiet location's allowance.
- Over the allowance: $0.35 per appointment
- One appointment covers all of its reminders (a week, a day and an hour before) plus one AI assistant conversation Coming soon. Staff-started secure messaging is unlimited and never counts.
- Setup: $1,500 one time
- Waived with a 2-year agreement. Covers onboarding and eClinicalWorks connection work.
- Nonprofits: 15% off the platform fee
- For nonprofit health organizations, including community health centers. Location fees and overage aren't discounted.
- Agreement
- Annual agreement, billed monthly. Month-to-month is available at 20% more on the platform and location fees.
